Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, unused, undamaged items that comply with the conditions indicated in this policy may be returned in order to obtain:
•    a refund of the amount paid;
•    a size exchange;
•    a colour exchange, where available.

The shipment of returned goods is the Customer’s responsibility until actual receipt at the Seller’s warehouse. The Seller is not liable for any loss, damage or delays attributable to the carrier or to inadequate packaging.
Items must be returned using suitable packaging and including all documentation that may be required for the management of the return request.
All returned products will be checked by the Seller to verify their compliance with the conditions set out in this policy. If work is required to restore the product to a condition suitable for resale, the Seller reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund proportionate to the decrease in value of the item, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or reasons connected with health protection and that have been opened after delivery, nor to the other cases expressly provided for by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Return Procedure

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the Customer has a registered account

In accordance with the current provisions applicable from 19 June 2026, the right of withdrawal may be exercised directly through the dedicated functionality available in the reserved area of the website.
Procedure
1.    Log in to your account.
2.    Go to the "Orders" section.
3.    Select the relevant order.
4.    Click the "Request Return", "Make a Return" button or another equivalent label.
5.    Complete the online form indicating the items to be returned. Stating the reason for the return, where requested, is optional and used exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve the service.
6.    Confirm the request using the final "Start Return" button or equivalent.

Submitting the request generates an automatic confirmation on a durable medium (for example by email) and allows the Customer to monitor the status of the request.

If the Customer placed the order as a Guest

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the dedicated return form made available by the Seller and submitting it according to the methods indicated on the website.
For this purpose, within 14 days of receiving the goods, the Customer must send a request to the email address info@gianninishoponline.com, attaching the completed return form or clearly indicating the items they intend to return.
The communication must specify the item codes of the products being returned and any other information useful for identifying the order. Once the request has been received, the Seller’s customer service will send a written confirmation containing the instructions to follow for returning the goods.

Size or Colour Exchange Procedure

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, an exchange may be requested exclusively for:
•    a different size of the same item;
•    a different colour of the same item, if available.

It is not possible to replace the product with a different item. Only one exchange may be authorized for each order.
To request an exchange, the Customer must contact customer support within the time limit indicated above through one of the following channels:

The request must indicate the order number, the item code of the product to be replaced and the new size or colour requested.
Once the request has been received, the Seller’s customer service will send a written confirmation containing the instructions to follow for returning the goods and for the subsequent shipment of the replacement product.
The methods for managing the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods and the subsequent redelivery of the replacement product will be agreed with the Customer through customer support, based on the specific needs of the order and the commercial conditions applicable at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise indicated, any additional costs (such as, by way of example, cash on delivery) remain borne by the Customer and are non-refundable.

Conditions for Acceptance of the Return

In order to benefit from a refund or exchange, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:
•    Items must be returned intact and complete with all accessories that may have been received.
•    Any tags, warranty seals, identification labels and original packaging must be present and intact.
•    Products must not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.
•    Products must not show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage or wear.
•    Items must be returned in packaging suitable to ensure their integrity during transport.
•    Delivery to the carrier appointed for the return must take place within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

If the returned item shows a decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Seller may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the established loss of value.
If the above conditions are not complied with, the return may be refused and the product returned to the Customer at their expense.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to European legislation and the applicable Consumer Code, a Customer qualifying as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without being required to provide any reason within 14 days.
The period begins:
•    from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods;
•    for service contracts, from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of:
•    the dedicated online functionality available in the personal area of the website (where available);
•    the withdrawal form made available by the Seller;
•    any other unequivocal statement sent through the channels indicated by the Seller.

Following receipt of the request, the Seller will promptly send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
The Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

Refund

In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the standard delivery costs, if any, incurred for the initial shipment of the order. Direct costs for returning the goods remain excluded from the refund, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.
However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of having shipped them, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of delivery methods other than the standard delivery offered by the Seller remain excluded from the refund.

Final Provisions

For anything not expressly governed by this policy, the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206), current Italian law and European Union legislation on distance contracts and consumer protection shall apply.
